Two hexapod robots synchronized to perform double sided incremental sheet metal forming. Capable of forming complex surfaces.​

Uses a solid point tool on each side of the sheet metal moving along a CNC tool path to gradually push/pull and squeeze the sheet into its final shape.​

Electro Magnetic Forming

 Electro Magnetic Forming


Rapid metal forming technology that uses a blast of current to produce an electromagnetic force that deforms the workpiece. Equipped with a laser that can track workpiece velocity.​

Applications:​

  • Impact welding​

  • Metal to composite crimping​

  • Metal container forming
